Paylocity is Assisted Independence’s payroll system. It is through Paylocity that we complete all federal onboarding documentation and access paystubs. Paylocity can be accessed by going to https://access.paylocity.com/ and entering “156311” under Company ID. Your username and password will be provided by the Director of Recreational Therapy.
Accessing Onboarding on Your Paylocity Account
You will receive two emails from Assisted Independence with the email address do-not-reply@paylocity.com.
The first email will have the subject “Welcome to Assisted Independence” and state,
“As a new employee, Assisted Independence would like you to complete a few tasks. You will need to use the following:
Company ID: 156311
Username: *listed in email*
Password: For security reasons, look for a separate email.
After login, you will need to change your password. Please remember your information and keep it safe.
View Event Button will appear below.”
The second email will have the subject “Assisted Independence Password” and state,
“Your new employer, Assisted Independence, has created a temporary password. You will need to use this password along with the information sent in a separate email to complete a few tasks.

After login, you will need to change your password. Please remember your information and keep it safe.
Begin Onboarding Tasks Button will appear below.”
Completing Onboarding on Your Paylocity Account
1. Select the Begin Onboarding Tasks button.
2. It will take you to the login screen. Input the Username and Password provided in the two emails.
3. Once logged in, it will immediately prompt you to create a new password.
4. Create your new password and select Finish.
5. It will log you in and promptly take you to the Onboarding Tasks.
6. Please follow all of the prompts exactly.
7. Once you have completed the event on Paylocity, you will get a notice stating, “Congratulations you have successfully completed your event!”
8. After you receive this notice, you have completed all of the Paylocity onboarding documents.
Please take the time now to access your Paylocity Account and complete your Onboarding Tasks!
