When you have a compliance item that is expiring, you will get a notification when you log into AccelTrax. It will state how many items are about to expire. To view the items, select Employee Information.


Next, select Compliance. It will show your entire list of compliance items. On this list will be all of the documents that you were required to upload, as well as the compliance items for the documents required for individuals supported such as Assessment, Intake Form, Rights Assessment, and Treatment Plan. If an individual has a Behavior Consultant, there will also be a Behavior Support Training compliance item listed.

Once you submit a compliance item, email kellie@assistedindependence.care. In the email, include the specific item that you uploaded, the individual the item was for, and the date completed.

If you do not submit the compliance item before the expiration date, you will not be able to report any notes!
