It is required by the Bureau of Developmental Disabillity Services for each staff member to work on AT LEAST one desired outcome (goal) per shift. To ensure that this is being completed, each work record will have a required question:

Which of the Desired Outcomes (goals) below did you work on during your session today? Please provide further information by filling out the prompt, count, outcome and note associated with that Desired Outcome (goal) below.

To answer this question (which is required) click “edit”.

Type in which desired outcome (goal) you worked on during your shift. Then click “Done”. The individuals goals you should be working on are listed below.
