Through Weeks 3-6 of your internship, you will complete the following tasks:
- Continue to complete scheduled site visits and meetings
- Complete Progress Note entry of site visit observations after each session.
- Formulate a proposal for special project/turn into Supervisor
- Finalize and begin work on special project
- Begin partial leadership of programs already in session.
- Under direction of full-time staff
- Participate in evaluation and critique of programs participated in
- Continue weekly reports for University
- Continue to participate in Individualized Support Team (IST) quarterly meetings.
- Complete any additional assignments as directed in focus area checklist
