Assisted Independence conducts its Recreational Therapy for individuals of all ages with
developmental disabilities in home and community-based settings. All recreational therapists
employed by Assisted Independence are certified by the National Council for Therapeutic
Recreation Certification (NCTRC).
Our Recreational Therapy program follows the rules and regulations set forth by the
Division of Disability and Rehabilitative Services (DDRS).
