Furthermore, our accreditation body, the Council on Quality and Leadership (CQL), provides us Basic
Assurances (BA) and Personal Outcome Measures (POM) interviews. These interviews are conducted by the
Director of Recreational Therapy and other administrators from Assisted Independence, as well as personnel
from the Council on Quality and Leadership (CQL). Basic Assurances (BA) and Personal Outcome Measures
(POM) interviews involve a series of questions to evaluate an individual’s functioning.
