Assisted Independence evaluates service delivery in a variety of other means, including, but not limited
to focus groups, phone call inquiries, on-site observations, surveys, complaint submissions, and numerous
forms of analysis of aggregated data.
In conclusion, both the Recreational Therapist and the provider agency, Assisted Independence,
collaborate to evaluate, to the best of our abilities, the progress of individuals supported. Evaluating
individual outcomes and evaluating our entire population supported allows both the Recreational Therapist and
our company to improve.
